ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ
በአብክመ በደ/ጎ/አስ/ዛን/የስወ/ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ለሴክተር መ/ቤቶች አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የጽዳት እቃዎች፣ የደንብ ልብስ፣ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ እቃዎች፣ የህትመት ስራዎች፣ የሞተር ሳይክል፣ የመኪና ጐማዎች እና ካላማዳሪያ አቅርቦት እንዲሁም የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ጥገና በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛትና ለማስጠገን ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያማሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጎብዛል፡፡
1 በዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፡፡
2 የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /ቲን/ ያላቸው፡፡
3 ተጫራቾች የሞሉትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ብር 100000 እና በላይ ከሆነ የቫት ተመዝግብ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
4 ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ 1-3 የተጠቀሱትን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከጨረታ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
5 ተጫራቾች የማይመለስ ብር 70 በመክፈል ቢሮ ቁጥር 11 ከረዳት ገ/ያዥ የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት አለባቸው፡፡
6 ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በተለያዩ ፖስተዎች ዋናውንና ኮፒውን በማሸግ በ1 ፖስታ ውስጥ በማስገባት በጥንቃቄ በማሸግ ማስተወቂያው በበኩር ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 15ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 8.00 ድረስ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡ ጨረታው በዚሁ ቀን ማለትም 15ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 8.00 ሰዓት ታሽጐ 8.20 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡
7 ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት የበዓል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡
8 ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ቢገኙም ባይገኑም ይከፈታል፡፡
9 ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ስማቸውንና ሙሉ አድራሻቸውን በትክክል መጻፍ አለባቸው፡፡
10 ተጫራቾች በሰነዱ ላይ ሞልተው ያቀረቡት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ አንድ በመቶ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቸክ/በጥሬ ገንዘዘብ /ለገ/ያዥ ማስየዝ አለባቸው፡፡
11 መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
12 የጨረታ አሸናፊው የመልክም ስራ ዋስትና ከሚያቀርቡት አጠቃላይ ዋጋ 10 በመቶ በጥሮ ገነዘብ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቸክ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
13 የጨረታ አሸናፊ እቃውን በራሱ ወጭ ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡
14 ለበለጠ ማብራሪያ በስ.ቁ 058 667 03 01 /በአካል ቢሮ ቁጥር 27 ጠይቆ መረጃት ይቻላል፡፡
