Construction of 11.5km Jere-Bila DS7 Road Project at East Wollega Zone - Oromia Rural Roads Authority

1. The Oromia Rural Roads Authority (ORRA) invites all eligible local Contractors of Class GC-3/RC-3 and above who are registered by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Construction Works Sector and whose license is valid for the year, to submit the qualification information and bid offer to undertake the construction of 11.5km Jere-Bila DS7 Road Project at East Wollega Zone.

2. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application from ORRA Head Office addressed below upon submission of non-refundable fee of Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred) only.

3. Duplicate copies of  Financial Proposal (Bid Offer) and Technical proposal (qualification Information) shall be produced in different wax-sealed envelopes labeled as ‘ORIGINAL’ and ‘COPY’ and must be placed in the bid box along with a bid security in an acceptable form amounting 1% of bid offer but not greater than Birr 100,000 on or before December 30, 2004 at 10:00 A.M., at the same address below.

4. Bidders must meet the minimum qualification criteria for their bid offers to be opened.  Unqualified bidders bid offer will be returned unopened to the bidder.

5. Qualification information will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives, who choose to attend, on December 30, 2004 at 10:30 A.M. at the same address.  Bid offers of qualified bidders will be opened in the same place after 21 days from the opening date of Technical Proposal, i.e. on January 21, 2005 at 10:00 A.M.

6. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

1. The Oromia Rural Roads Authority (ORRA) invites all eligible local road consultants to submit the technical proposal and financial proposal to undertake the consultancy services of Construction Supervision of Jere-Bila DS7 Road Project located at East Wollega Zone of Oromia Regional State.

2. A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application from ORRA Head Office addressed below upon submission of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (Birr Hundred) only.

3. 1. The Ethiopian Roads Authority invites sealed bids from registered suppliers under International Competitive Bidding (LCB) for the supply of:-

? Lot 239 sets of 12.00×24 & 23 sets of 14.00×24 Tyres with Tubes & Flaps to be delivered at its warehouse in Addis Ababa.

2. Where Supplier’s wish to bid for this contract but not yet registered in the approved supplier’s list may apply to the relevant authority for registration.

3. The bidding documents may be purchased by interested suppliers from the above office against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 for each lot or in another freely convertible currency of equivalent amount and upon presentation of Trade License renewed for 1996 E.C. and tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.

4. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document.  The bid document is prepared in English Language.

6. LOT ? 1 Construction of Nebelet Water Supply Scheme, Werae-Leke Woreda and now invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for providing the necessary labor, material & equipment for the construction, preparation and completion of the above stated works.

2.
