Tender document could be collected from the Enterprise Head Office Room No. 28 during office hours against non-refundable cash payment of Eth. Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty Birr).

The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of Distance Learning Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit t to payments under the contract fro which this invitation for bids is issued.

2. The Ethiopian Civil Service College (ECSC) now invites sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for the Recording of audiocassettes for English Language Courses.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ethiopian Civil Service College and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. local time from Monday-Friday.

4. A completes set of biding document in English may be purchased by any interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr Only).

The current trend indicates that HIV infection rate is increasing among risk group such as youth, CSW, Militaries, factory workers, street children and other hard to reach population with no access to VCT services.
