The Tigray National Regional State Health Bureau has intended to purchase drugs, medical supplies and laboratory reagents by the fund received from the Regional Government State to Tigray and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this budget to payment under the contract for the procurement of medical equipment.

4. Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedures specified in the Government Procurement Guidelines. Products Registration Certificate from Drug Administration & Control Authority (DACA) will be taken as pre-qualifying criteria. Local Importers/Wholesaler and local manufactures shall provided renewed trade license, Renewed Wholesale/Importer Registration Certificate, letter from Inland Revenue Administration, Registration Certificate from MOFED and shall indicate the VAT numbers.

5.
