Provision of cleaning and janitorial Service - Ethiopian Airports Enterprise

1.      The Ethiopian Airports Enterprise (EAE) invites eligible contractors with renewed license for the current budget year, VAT registration evidence and registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development for which they are registered on the suppliers list to submit of proposals for the provision of cleaning and janitorial Service of the Addis Ababa Bole International Airports old and new passenger terminal and its related auxiliary buildings and external areas located within the premises of the said buildings.

2.      A complete set of the REP can be Purchased by interested bidders from Ethiopian Airports Enterprise Room No. 11 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 ( Two Hundred Birr).

3.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O.

Consultancy Service - Ethiopian ICT Development Agency, ICT Assisted Development Project

1.      This Invitation for bid follows the general Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, issue No. 659 of 31 July 2005.

2.      The Ethiopian Government has received a credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of Information and Communication Technology Assisted Development (ICTAD) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for Consultancy Service.

3.     The Ethiopian ICT Development Agency, ICT Assisted Development Project now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Consultancy Service to Develop Localization Standards and Guidelines for Afarigna and Somaligna.

4.      Bidding will be conducted through the LCS procedure specified in the World Bank?s Guidelines: Selection and Employment for Consultants by under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all eligible Consultancy Service.

5.      Bidders should present currently renewed Trade License, Receipt of Inland Revenue for the year 1997 E.C and VAT registration certificate with their offer.

6.       Bid document may be obtained from ICT Assisted Development Project upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) only.

7.       Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of Cash or Certified cheque not less than 1% of the total bid price.

Supply and delivery of LAN materials - Amhara National Regional State Capacity Building Bureau

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from the International Development/IDA-toward the cost of public sector capacity building program, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment under the contract for the supply and delivery of LAN materials and accessories under IFB No. MCB/NCB/T-08/05. The Loan amount is US$ 100, 000,000.

2.       The Amhara National Regional State Capacity Building Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of LAN materials such as switches, cables, Servers, UPSs, Network printers, Racks and other network accessories.

3.       Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank?s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

4.       A complete set of document in English may be obtained by an interested eligible bidders on the submission of written application to the ANRS Bureau of capacity building and upon non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) in cash within 21 consecutive calendar days starting from the date of this bid announcement during the official working hours upon presentation of certificate of registration on the service providers, currently renewed trade license and certificate of VAT registration.

Construction and completion of health centers in the zones - Borena Zone Health Office

1.      The Borena Zone Health Office invites contractors of category GC/BC class 6 and above who have a registration certificate and license valid for the year 2005/2006 from eligible bidders of furnishing the necessary labor, material equipment and services for the construction and completion of health centers in the zones at Tuqa (Moyale Woreda) Hidilola (Miyo Woreda) and Malka Soda (Dugda Dawa Woreda)
