Construction of thirteen health centers - Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Health

1.      The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a loan from the African Development Bank/African Development Fund/towards the cost of the primary health care project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the loan to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the CONSTRUCTION OF THIRTEEN HEALTH CENTERS. Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible member countries as defined in the ADB?s Rules of Procedure for the Procurement of Goods and Works.

3.      Complete set of bidding documents (and additional copies) may be purchased from ANRS Bureau of Health, at planning and programming service, Room No. 116, Tel. 058 220 34 55, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 (Three Hundred Birr) in local currency per lot. Interested eligible bidder may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the same address.

4.      The instructions to bidders and general conditions of contract contained in the bidding documents comply with the Bank?s Standard bidding documents for the Procurement of Goods/Works.

5.      Bids shall be valid for a bid period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the security deposits/bonds 2% (Two percent) in bank guarantee (CPO) and be delivered to ANRS Bureau of Health on or before 2:00 P.M. of local time on the day after 45 days from the first publication. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend at ANRS Bureau of Health on 2:30 P.M. local time on the day after 45 days from the first publication, at the department of General Service, Room No. 125.

6.      Qualified domestic or regional bidders may be eligible to receive a margin of preference in bid evaluation.

3.       This bid imitation is open to all contractors of category GC Class 6 and above with license valid for the year 1998 E.C. and licensed in water works construction.

4.       Bidders with grade of GC-6 and 5 should purchased and participate only for one Lot, whereas bidders with grade GC-4 and above could bid for two Lots.

5.       Interested eligible bidders could purchase the bidding documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred only).

6.       All bids shall be in fixed price. No price adjustment will be allowed.

Supply and delivery of IT Equipment, Network Devices and Public Address Tools - Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research-Agricultural Research and Training Project

1.      The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of Agricultural Research and Training Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for the procurement of IT Equipment, Network Devices and Public Address Tools.

2.      The Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research-Agricultural Research and Training Project (EIAR-ARTP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the following IT Equipment, Network Devices and Public Address Tools. Supply of Drugs, Medical Supplies & Equipment - Tigray Regional Health Bureau

1.      The Tigray National Regional State Health Bureau has intended to purchased drugs and medical supplies; and medical equipment financed by the fund received from the DPPC regional government state of Tigray. And intends to apply part of the proceeds of this budget to payment under the contract for the procurement of drugs & medical supplies, chemicals and medical equipment.

Spare Parts - Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation

1.      The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) owned a larger number of transport fleet for its main operations and project construction activities. Major maintenance and Services of the transport fleet is being done at the Corporation maintenance workshop located at Kotebe area. To support the maintenance activities, the Corporation needs to have a reliable supplier(s) who supplies genuine spare parts on just-in time basis at a completive price over a certain contract period (at least a minimum of one year). Hence, the Corporation invited all eligible suppliers to bid for different models of Toyota, Scania Nissan, Isuzu, Ford, Hino, and Fiat vehicle spar parts, wind shield glass and different Automotive batteries.
