Supply of Computers - Oromia Education Bureau

The Oromia Education Bureau has received the fund from Italian Cooperation-Italian Contribution to the ESDP (second installment budget) towards the cost of implementation of Education Sector Development Program and invites all eligible interested bidders to supply of Computers.
Therefore:-
1. Bidders are required to present trade license valid for the year 2000 E.C, VAT registration certificate, suppliers registration certificate and tax clearance paper from revenue office.
2. Bidders can collect complete bid document from Oromia Education Bureau starting from the date of advertisement by Newspaper against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty) during working days and hours from Room No. 29.
3. Bids must be accompanied with bid bond 1% of the total bid price to be offered in the form of CPO, bank guaranty or certified check.
4. Bids should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid box located in Room number 29 in the Oromia Education Bureau Finfinne, before 2:30 PM of 31st day from the date of advertisement.
5. Bids will be opened on the 31st day from the date of advertisement at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend Room No. 29.
6. Oromia Education Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any part or all the bids.
