The MOARD has received Loan from IFAD towards the cost of Agricultural Marketing Improvement program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultancy service.

The service includes:

1.       Training Needs Assessment,

2.       Trainer for Agricultural Marketing Chain Analysis, and

3.       Agricultural Market Training of Trainers (TOT)

The MOARD now invites eligible consultants in providing the services.

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignment, the experience of the key personnel?s in similar serves with their CV, etc?) Firms may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out by rules and regulation of IFAD.

Description of the assignment (terms of reference-TOR) and bidding documents can be obtained from the office below.

Interested eligible consulting firms can submit their financial and technical proposal in a separate envelope with their license to the address below on or before November 30, 2006 at 4:00 A.M. Further information can be obtained during office hours from the office of:
