1. National Alcohol & Liquor Factory invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of:

-  BITTER ESSENCE                                    – FERNIT ESSENCE

-  CONDENSERS                                           – STEAM REGULATORS

-  TEMPERATURE GAUGE                         – VARIOUS PUMPS

-  WATER COOLING TOWER                    – WATER SOFTENER

-  FAN MOTORS                                           – MELT I THERMOSTAT

2. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.

3. All bids must be accompanied by a security in the amount of not less than 2% of the total price payable to NALF and it must be delivered before 9:00 A.M. local time on 28th August 2004.

4. Bids will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 A.M. local time on the same day at NALF conference hall.

5. National Alcohol & Liquor Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
