The Ethiopia Science and Technology Commission (ESTC) wants to buy Stationeries, Computers and computer consumables, Sanitary materials, Printing and audiovisual materials.
Interested bidders can collect bid documents form the office of General Service Room No. 103 during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty), and can submit bid documents for 20 days after the first announcement date on the Newspaper.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond Birr 3,500 (Three Thousand Five Hundred) in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
Bidders should have business license valid for the current year, a copy of registration certificate from The Ministry of Finance & Economic Development and VAT Registration Certificate.
Bid documents shall be opened on the next working day after the closing date in Room No. 909 (9th Floor) at 10:00 A.M.
The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
