15. 1. Jimma University has funds within the Employer?s budget to be used for procurement of Rehabilitation of boreholes with the provision of necessary equipment material and labor under this contract all with the terms and conditions of the tender documents.

The work consists of construction of the sewer lines meant for connecting 34 Meda and Meskel Flower, Kirkos 4 and Amalgamated; Mamrecha and Temenja Yaje condominium houses?s service connections; to the existing sewer line at Kera in Kirkos sub city locality.

2. The construction works shall be completed in 120 Calendar days from the commencement day of the works.
