1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a loan from African Development Fund towards the cost of Primary Health Care Service Project and intends to apply part of eth funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract identification IFB No: NCB/ADB/OHB/06/99(Re-bid) for the Procurement of Further for 14 Health Centers, for 75 Health Posts & For 2 Health Science Colleges & 4 Newly constructed Health Centers under three lots in zones and Woredas of Oromia Regional Government.

15. Closing time for submission of bid will be at the end of 3:30 local time of the 30th day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender and its opening time will be on the same day at 4:00 local time. If the 30th day is not working day, the bid will be closed and opened at the aforementioned time of the next working day.

1. The Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority (AAWSA) Water and Sanitation; Development and Rehabilitation Project Office invites eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labour, material, equipment and services for the construction of sewer lines and appurtenances in Kirkos sub city. The work consists of construction of the sewer lines meant for connecting 34 Meda and Meskel Flower, Kirkos 4 and Amalgamated; Mamrecha and Temenja Yaje condominium houses?s service connections; to the existing sewer line at Kera in Kirkos sub city locality.

2. The construction works shall be completed in 120 Calendar days from the commencement day of the works.

3. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a bidding document upon presentation of work permit and renewed trade license from the Ministry of Water Resources and Trade and Industry respectively for the year 2007/2008 (2000 E.C.), VAT and Tax payers? registration certificate.

1. The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has allocated budget towards the cost of Endaselassie- Dejena-Dasha Road Project, Contract 3: Dansha-Dejena-Adirement and intends to apply part of the proceeds to eligible payments for this Contract.

2. The Ethiopian Roads Authority has now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labour, material and equipment for the construction of Endaselassie ?Dejena-Dansha Road Project, Contract 3: Dansha-Dejena-Adirement.

3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence;

a) In the case of Ethiopian bidders only, its Certificate of registration form Ministry of Works and Urban Development with Category GC-1 or RC-1 valid for 2000 EFY.

b) In case of bidders other than Ethiopian; valid relevant professional practice certificate.

4. The road project is located in Northern Part of Ethiopia in the Tigray Regional state and the work under this project consists of construction of 98 km length of the road to DS4 Standard of Asphalt Concrete Surface. The construction period is 1096 calendar days.

5. Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified the Bidding  Documents, and are open to all bidders as define the Bidding Documents.

6.
