To All Contractors of category GC/BC Classes 5, 6, 7 and 8 with license valid for the current fiscal year:
1. The ANRS Education Bureau now invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for the furnishing necessary labour, materials and equipment for Construction & Completion of the following project.
1.1. Project One: Bahir Dar Educational Mass Media & Distance Edu.
Coordinating Audio Visual Center.
1.2. Project Tow: Gondar Teachers College?s Library Building.
1.3. Project Three: Store for Education Bureau at Bahr Dar.
1.4. Project Four: Maintenance of Debre Markos Edu. Mass Media Center.
Therefore, interested eligible bidders may obtain further information form & inspect the bidding documents at the address below.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon submission of a written application to Education Bureau starting form 20 December 2005 upon payment of non-refundable fee for each project indicated above on No. 2 and additional sets of documents may be purchased each at the same price & at the same address.
4. All bids must be submitted on the free market price & current basic materials price must be submitted attached with the bid document.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. on 13 January 2006 at Education Bureau.
7. Rejection Criteria: The client will reject the bidder whose bid does not fulfill the following conditions:
7.1. Bidders should present currency renewed Trade License & renewed Registration Certificate, VAT Registered Certificate and Taxpayer Registration Certificate.
7.2. Bidders should complete the Bid form and the appropriate price schedule.
7.3. The original & copy of the bid shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the Bidders.
7.4. Bidders should submit one original & one-copy envelopes of the bid.
8. The ANRS Education Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
