To all Contractor of category GC/BC Class-I renewed license valid for 1998 Eth. Year.

1. Ministry of Health invites all eligible contractors of GC/BC class-I who would be financially and technically capable to furnishing the necessary material, Labour & equipment to undertake construction of Alert Hospital Renovation & Maintenance work at Addis Ababa.

2. The Complete set of document can be purchased form Ministry of Health upon payment non-refundable fee of ETH Birr 2,000 (Two Thousand Birr).

3. Bidders may obtain further information form PASS, Tel. 15 79 30 and Planning and Programming Department, Tel. 53 59 38.

4. Bidders are instructed to submit one ?Original? and ?Photocopy? of the Original bid document with all entries and To be sealed under separate envelopes.

5. All bid must be accompanied by a bid security 1% of the bid amount to a maximum of ETH Birr 100,000 in the form of certificate check, COP or bank guaranty form recognized financial institution payable on first demand addressed to the employer and must be delivered to the Ministry of Health on or before January 26, 2006, 2:00 P.M.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of those bidders or legal representatives on January 26, 2006 at 2:30 P.M. at the office of Ministry of Health, Room No. 1.3. Tender Office.

7. Bidders are instructed to fill, sign & seal all the forms of bid documents. A failure of this instruction is automatic rejection.

8. Partial rebate, like rebate on some items is not accepted.

9. The employers reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
