To: All Aluminum Metal Works with Renewed License and Registration Certificate valid for the year

1. The Federal Ministry of Health invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labour, materials and equipment for the construction of planning and programming department server room.

2. Interested eligible bidder may obtain further information regarding the bid documents from Ministry of Heath, planning and Programming Department, Room No. 16.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any eligible bidder upon non-refundable payment of Birr 50(Fifty only).

4. Bids must be delivered to the above office Room No. 1.3 on or before 2:00 P.M. on March 31,2005 and must be accompanied by a security of 1% in t form of C.P.O.

5. Bidders are required to submit with their bid copy of renewed license, clearance from Inland Revenue Administration and copy of registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development and shall mention VAT number.

6. Bids must be opened in the presence to bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. March 31, 2005 at the Ministry of Health, Head office, Room No. 1.3, Woreda 3, Kebele 53, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

7. The Ministry reserves the rights to reject the bid fully or partially.
