Action Aid Ethiopia (AAE) is an international non-governmental organization working in partnership with poor, marginalized and excluded communities, women and girls and their agencies to facilitate processes that eradicate poverty, inequality and denial of rights and ensure justice.

1. AAE now invites sealed bids form eligible bidders (Grade 7 & above) for the construction of two (2) second cycle primary schools and construction of dormitories for the Pawe Junior Nursing College in three woredas of the Benishangul Gumuz Region.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only) form the address indicted above.

4. Bidders are not allowed to compete in more than one work.

5. The construction works shall be completed within a maximum of 120 calendar days.

6. Bidders are required to submit with their bid copy of renewed license, VAT registration certificate, and other relevant documents on or before March 16, 2006.

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/eligible representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. on 17^th of March 2006 at the Head Office of AAE, Addis Ababa.

8. Action Aid Ethiopia reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
