1. The Afar National Regional Youth and Sport affair office invites wax-sealed bids from eligible contractors for furnishing the necessary labor, materials & equipment for the construction preparation & completion of Additional works of youth center at Semera.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information & purchase the bidding document from:

3. Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the date of bid opening and must be valid for a period of 90 days after the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of bid amount in the form of Bank guarantee or CPO only.
4. Bid closing date shall be on April 01, 08 at 9:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same date at 9:15 A.M. Local time in Semera Works & Urban Development bureau engineering department in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
5. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
