The Ethiopian Airports Enterprise (EAE) invites eligible consultants who have the ability & capacity to give Consultancy Service for the preparation of Financial, Audit & Inspection and Administration Manuals.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from Ethiopian Airports Enterprises head office (Bole Airport Terminal 1) Room no. 5 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
Wax sealed envelopes containing an original & copy of the technical & financial proposal separately should be delivered to the EAE purchasing & Logistics Administration Department on or before May 18, 2005 at 4:30 P.M. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids shall be opened in the same office at 10:00 A.M. on May 19, 2005 in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of birr 5,000 (Five Thousand) in the form of C.P.O.
The Ethiopian Airports Enterprise has the right to reject any or all bids.
