Consultancy Service
Ethiopian Iron and Steel Factory is currency seeking the service of certified consultancy for the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) compatible with the requirements of ISO-9001-2000 standards. The main objective of the consultant is given appropriate and continual consultancy service for the factory so as to be certified for ISO 9001 QMS.
In line with the efforts towards our ultimate objective
Gap analysis has been carried out (between the ISO requirements for being certified for the standard 9001-2000 and the existing management system
Training for top and middle management has been conducted
All process has been identified upon which procedure development can be proceeded
Six (6) system level procedures has been development
However, the consultancy is expected to finalize the remaining tasks up to the certification (qualification) by accredited entity for ISO-9001-2000 quality system.
The Factory prepares the TOR that assist the bidders to offer their detail technical proposal and service price. The bidders can collect eth TOR form the factory and submit its technical offer along with the bid bond amount Birr 10,000 (Ten Thousand) or any equivalent value in the form of CPO from eth first instance of this issue in The Ethiopian Herald in ten consecutive working days.

We can arrange Foreign Currency Finance Packages for a wide variety of industries. We represent some International lenders recognized by RBI. The general terms are:
Minimum amount of Loan is US$ 1 Million in general. For one of our Principals the minimum loan amount is Euro-5 Million
Loan repayment up to 15 years
Interest is Libor plus depending upon risk factor.
Loan to be secured by collateral from a vast array and they are borrower friendly
Gestation period allowed.
Loans available for all categories of industry – Manufacturing industries of all description, Service projects in Education, Hospitality- Five Star Hotels, Motel Chains, Real Estate Development including mega housing complexes and shopping malls. State Agencies like Industrial Development Corporations, Municipal Corporations for implementing Water and Sewerage Projects etc.
Loans will be given only to Limited Liability Companies – Private or Public and State agencies. Sole Proprietary, partnership, trusts and Societies are not eligible.
The time taken for loan dispersal is from 45 to 60 Banking days from the date of our receiving the Loan Application and related Documents like the Business Plan.
