Ethiopian Pulp and Paper S.C. has many years of experience in production of corrugated box.  EPPSC invites eligible experts who have ability and capacity to identify main bottlenecks existed like carton printing and other related problems.  A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by interested bidders from our Commercial Department Addis Ababa Office located at Kasanches Supermarket.  Building 3^rd floor upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty).  Wax-sealed envelopes containing and original and copy of technical and financial proposal separately should be delivered to our above mentioned office on or before December 27, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. local time.  Bids shall be opened at 2:30 P.M. local time the same day in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives.  Bid must be accompanied by 2% bid bond in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O. EPPSC has the right to reject the bid partially or fully.
