The Educational Materials Production & Distribution Enterprise (EMPDE) invites sealed bids from all Consulting Architects and Engineers for its compound Fencing construction, having license category V1 and above as well as:
1. Trade license & consulting service certificate valid for 1997 Ethiopian calendar.
2. Ministry of Finance & Economic Development?s registration.
3. VAT registration (as appropriate) to conduct consultancy service or the proposed Designs, Supervision & Contract Administration tasks.
4. Bidders can obtain the bidding document from EMPDE Head Office, which is found on the way to Gurd Shola near ILRI Room No. 29 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopia Birr 149.50 starting from the next day of announcement.
5. Bids should be submitted to EMPDE Room No. 37 on or before May 20, 1997 E.C., 9:30 A.M. along with the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O. cheque, prepared in the name of EMPDE.
6. Bids will be opened on the same day of the deadline at 10:00 A.M. in Room No. 82.
7. EMPDE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid.
