1. The Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise now invites eligible consulting Architects and Engineers for design of the Enterprise Office Building.
2. A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders form the under mentioned address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 Birr.
3. Pre-tender Conference will be arranged on April 18, 2006 at W.W.D.S.E. Conference Room at 10:00 A.M.
4. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 4:00 P.M. on April 25, 2006 and must be accompanied by 2% security bid bond.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, on April 26, 2006, 10:00 A.M. at Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise Conference Room.
6. All bidders are required to be Category I and shall submit evidence of Trade license, consultancy certificate valid for the Current year and present certificate of registration given by the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, and VAT registration.
7. The Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
