Addis Ababa Housing Development Project (AAHDPO) invites all Consulting Architects and Engineers category III and above with License valid for year 2005/2006 and have renewed registration of MOF & ED for the year 1998 Eth. Cal. to conduct consulting services for construction supervision and quality control of Buildings besides to that

1.      Bid documents can be obtained from Administration and Finance Department Room No. 619 during office hours against non-refundable payment of Birr 100.

2.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid price & the bid bond shall be furnished in the form of bank guarantee counter guaranteed by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.

3.      Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to AAHDPO on November 8, 2006 on or before 5:00 P.M.

4.      Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their represeatnvies on November 9, 2006 at 9:00 A.M.

5.      AAHDPO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
