Bid Ethiopia

1.      The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) has allocated a budget in various currencies towards the cost of Supply of Radio Communication equipment, Tender COM-1/2006.

2.      The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) now invites sealed bids from all internationally competitive bidders of the world to participate in the bid for the design, manufacture and supply of Radio communication equipment.

3.      The bidders should submit offers for complete items.

4.      All local bidders shall have a valid business license and local agents shall have a valid commission agency license.

5.      Bidders shall have prior considerable experience in design and supply of similar size and type of goods as required by the specific tender.

6.      The bid document shall be available from November 10, 2006 onwards against payment receipt of Birr 500 ( Five Hundred ) from the procurement division. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as per the tender requirement, and must be delivered to the address below at or before December 28, 2006, 12:00 hours local time.

7.      Bids will be opened on December 28, 2006, 14:00 hours local time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the bid opening to be held at EEPCo Club Mexico Square, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

8.      The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

9.      Bidders are advised to submit their offer after examining the tender document very carefully.
