Bid Ethiopia

1. The Contraction Design S. Co. (CDSC)/intends to procure Core Drilling Machine as specified in the bid documents.

2. Any interested and eligible bidder may purchase a complete set of bid documents from the suppliers Division, Construction Design S.Co., P.O. Box 40036, Tel. 42 06 07/42 08 00, Fax 40 06 21/42 01 53, Addis Ababa upon payment of non-refundable of Birr 30 (Thirty Birr Only).

3. Bidders can obtain any additional information from the Supplies Division.

4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of CPO and must be submitted on or before August 27, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. local time at the address given hereinabove.

5. Bids will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the same date at 3:30 P.M. (local time) at the Construction Design S.Co., Room No. 126, Addis Ababa.

6. Bidders are required to read and confirm with all the necessary details as specified in the instruction to bidder?s attached herewith.

7. The company reserves the right to accept any or all bids.
