? The closing date for the submission of tender documents shall be December 25, 2004 at 9:30 A.M.
? Bids shall be opened officially in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on December 25, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. in Room No. 305 (3rd Floor).
? The Center reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the tender.
