To: all Contractor of Category GC/BC Class 3 and above registered by the Ministry of Infrastructure with License Valid for year 1995 E. C.

1.      National Meteorology Services Agency invites wax-sealed bids from all eligible bidders for furnished the necessary labor, material and equipment for the construction and completion of Administration and Management Building in A.A at Bole.

 For non-refundable fee of 2, 100 Birr for each set. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address.

3.      Bid documents in wax-sealed envelops labeled original and copy shall be placed in the bid box accompanied by bid security, 1% of the bid amount, to a maximum of Birr 100.000.00 from recognized financial institution payable on demand shall in the bidders options be in the form of irrevocable letter of credit, bank guarantee, certified payment order (C.P.O.) or bond from insurance before 12:00 A.M. Yekatit 20, 1995.

4.      Bid will be opened in the presence of those bidders/ representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. Megabit 4, 1995 at the office of National Meteorological Service Agency.

5.      The construction of the work shall be completed within a maximum of 480 calendar days from the date of site handover.

6.      The bid security shall be issued in the name of National Meteorological Services Agency.

7.      The Employee reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
