Request For Proposals (RFP)

Notice is given by Procurement Service Enterprise that proposals will be received for: Office Network Infrastructure and website development and hosting service for the enterprise’s own business operations.

Eligible consultants who fulfill the following can give their proposals in a sealed envelope to:

1. Consultants are required to present trade license for 1997 E.C., Registration certificate from MoFED and Inland Revenue Authority.

2. Information about this RFP, including details of what must be submitted as a response to this RFP can be obtained from the Enterprise as of the publication of the first notice on The Ethiopian Herald against non-refundable payment of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).

3. Proposals must be accompanied with Birr 5,000 (Five Thousand Birr) bid bond in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.

4. Proposals should be submitted on or before Jan. 24, 2005 at 2:30 P.M.

5. Proposals will be opened on Jan. 24, 2005 at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of Consultants or their legal representatives.

6. PSE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without giving any reason thereof.
