Re-Invitation For Bids

1. The Construction Design S. Co. (CDSC) /hereinafter referred as the ?purchaser? / intends to procure,

1. An asphalt testing apparatus,

2. Dynamic cone penetrometer

3. M-Scope (water level sensor) as specified in the Bidding Document.

2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders from the Construction Design S.C., P.O. Box 40036, Tel. 42 06 07/42 08 00, Fax 40 06 21/42 01 53, Addis Ababa, procurement Division upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 /Thirty Birr only/each.

3. Bidders may obtain additional information and acquire the bidding documents at the above office.

4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of CPO and must be submitted on or before June 20, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. local time at the address below.

5. Bids will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the same date at 3:30 P.M. local time at the Construction Design Share Company, Block No. 8 Room No. 62.

6. Bidders are required to read and conform with all the necessary details as specified in the instruction to bidders attached herewith.
