Bid Ethiopia

1.      The Somali Works and Urban Development Bureau invites sealed bids room eligible bidders for the procurement of:

      a)      Total stations (220 Series)
b)      Epson printer
c)      Hp 1320 printers
d)      Desk top computers
e)      Lap top computer
f)       UBS

2.      Interested bidders may obtain the bidding document from Administration and Finance service of (WUDB) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred only) from the date of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald.

3.      Bidders should bring original and one copy of their renewed license and VAT registration certificate with Written Application to the above office.

4.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount in an acceptable form (CPO or Bank guarantee bond)

5.      Bids must be delivered to the Works and Urban Development not later than 21 calendar days after publishing on The Ethiopian Herald at 12:00 A.M.

6.      Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder or their authorized representatives at 2:30 P.M. on the same day at the office of the Bureau Head.

7.      The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
