The Oromia Agricultural and Rural Development Bureau (OARDB) seeks to purchase 270 Treadle pumps, 37 Compass, 37 Altimeter, 37 Clinometers, 370 Line leveling, 1 Surveying instrument total station, 30 Bicycles.
1. Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate fully or partially to supply the above mentioned equipment in local currency.
2. Bidders may obtain further information from OARDB property Administration General Service through Division, Tel. 55 35 72 or 1 53 03.
3. Interested eligible bidders should submit renewed relevant license of 1997 E.C. and VAT and suppliers list registration certificate along with.
4. Bidders shall submit their wax-sealed bids, bid security of not less than 1% the total bid amount accompanied with CPO which is confirmed by responsible bank to OARDB before 10:00 A.M. local time on June 2, 2005.
5. The bid opening date will be on June 2, 2005 at 1:30 A.M. local time at he presence of bides or their representatives at the office of OARDB Administration Department Office.
6. OARDB reserves the right to reject any or partial or all of bids
