Bid Ethiopia

1. The Federal Inland Revenue Authority (FIRA) wishes to purchase computers, network equipment, installation service and supplies for its tax system expansion project.

2. FIRA, therefore, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the items and services indicated in (1) above.

3. All prices shall be indicated clearly in Birr. All taxes related to imports or others shall be born by the bidder.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from, the Department of Administration and Finance of the Federal Inland Revenue Authority, P.O. Box 3087, Addis Ababa, Telephone No. (251-1-66 72 69/ 52 85 77).

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr Hundred) at the Federal Inland Revenue Authority from December 31, 2004 onwards until the closing date.

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid  security of Birr 10,000.00 amount and must be delivered on or before January 27, 2005 at 10:00 A.M to:

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the assembly hall of FIRA on January 27, 2005, 11:00 A.M.

8. FIRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
