The Amhara National Regional State-Civil Service Commission (ANRS-CSC) has allocated budget for the purchase of computers, printers, and Network Equipment and Accessories divided as the following lots:

Lot 1: Computers and Accessories

Lot 2: Printers, Scanners and Modem

Lot 3: Network equipment and accessories

Lot 4: Software

The ANRS-CSC now invites from eligible bidders for the supply of the above mentioned ICT related equipment, software and accessories.

Bidders are required to make offers for one or more lots per specified in the technical specification and divided as the above lots groups.

1.      Suppliers should have a valid business licenses, VAT registration and certificate of the Ministry of Finance.

2.      Eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document at Bureau of ANRS Youth and Sport Affairs Room No. 08 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred only). No one shall duplicate or transfer the bid document.

3.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount of each lot, and must be marked as ?Bid No.___, Lot No. ___ for supply of ICT related equipment, software and accessories?.

4.      Eligible bidders should submit sealed to ANRS-CSC Room No. 6 till the 20^th Calendar date 9:00 A.M. starting from the date this notice is published on the newspaper.

5.      Bids will be opened on the closing date of the bid at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders/legal representatives, who choose to attend, However, if the 20^th date is not a working day both the closing and opening date shall be in the next working day.

6.     The ANRS-CSC reserves he right to reject all or any of the bids.
