Bidding documents can be obtained from the above office upon presentation of written application and payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50, 1998 renewed license, Registration card issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, VAT registration certificate and Tax identification Number.

All bid must be accompanied by a bid bond C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee of not less than 1% of the total bid price and must be delivered to the address above office on or before 30^th October 2006 at 10:00 A.M.

Bids will be opened at 10:30 on the 30^th of October 2006 at the above office in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

OWWDSE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
