Re-Invitation

SRS/Pastoral and Agro-Pastoral Development Project has advertised invitation to bidders to all eligible suppliers for the purchase of vet. Drugs vet equipment and field materials on The Ethiopian Herald newspaper dated on 26 April 03 and 27 April 03 two times within the week.

However, due to the absence of competent bidders on the opening date of the tender on 17 May 2003, the tender were cancelled and has noticed for the second time.

So, we are inviting to all eligible suppliers for vet drugs, vet equipment and field materials.

1. Bidders may obtain complete set of documents against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 during office hours (Monday up to Saturday except Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4: 30 P.M.) from project regional office of Jijiga starting from 03 June 2003.

2. Bid will be closed at 9:00 A.M. on the 15^th day of first announcement on The Ethiopian Herald and will be opened on the same day at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives

3. Bid must be accompanied with a bid bond equals to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.

4. The project reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
