Bid Ethiopia

1.      Oromia Water Resources Bureau would like to purchase Office Equipment (Computers, Printers and Photocopy Machines) from local suppliers/traders for its Bureau.

2.      Therefore interested eligible bidders are invited to participate for the supply of these materials to be purchased in local currency.

3.      Bidders may obtain further information from our Bole Road Office 6^th floor Room No. 6/4 from Procurement Process Team, Tel. No. 0115 50 96 22, Fax 0115 51 77 56 Addis Ababa.

4.      A complete bidding document may be purchased by an interested eligible bidder on the submission of a Written Application together with renewed 1998 relevant license, Registration card issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, VAT registration and Tax Identification Number (TIN) to the above office and upon payment of non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty Birr Only).

5.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 1% of the total bid price in the form of C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee and must be delivered to the above office on or before 28 August 2006 at 12:00 A.M.

6.      Bids will be opened at 02:00 P.M. on the 28^th August 2006 at the above office in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

7.      The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
