Bid Ethiopia

The Ethiopian Science and Technology Agency (ESTA) hereby invites for the sealed bids from eligible and competitive bidders to purchase Computers, Printers, Office equipment, Audio visual equipment, Stationery items, Uniforms and Sanitary materials.

1.      Bidders are encouraged to quote for all the items indicted in each category.

2.      Bidders should have valid business license, VAT registration and registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development.

3.      Bidders shall furnish Bid bond as part of its bill security in the amount of Birr 3,000 (Three Thousand Birr only) for all except for sanitary materials.

4.      Bidders may obtain further information for and collect the bid documents against payment of non-refundable Birr 25 (Twenty Five Birr) during working hours at the office of the:

5.      Bidders can submit bid document for 20 days after the firs announcement date on the newspaper.

6.      Bid documents shall be opened on the next working day after the closing date in Room No. 708 at 10:00 A.M.

The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all of the bid.
