Marie Stopes International Ethiopia (MSIE) is an International Non-Governmental Organization devoted to expanding Family Planning (FP) and Reproductive Health (RH) services in Ethiopia.

MSIE would like to invite potential firms or groups to undertake a social mobilization campaign for BlueStar family planning and reproductive health services in SNNPR, Oromia, Amhara, and Tigray administrative regions. The social mobilization campaign is intended to create demand for the family planning services that are provided by MSIE’s BlueStar network member private clinics in the stated regions.

Interested firms or bidders having experiences in social mobilization BCC campaign may obtain further information, and/or collect detailed terms of reference (TOR) during office hours from Marie Stopes International Ethiopia Country Office, located at Wello Sefer, Ethio- China Road in front of Tebaber Berta Building, from the reception desk.

Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals in two separately sealed envelopes (one for technical and one for financial) into the box ready for the bid on or before 01 October 2012, 10am to the following address:

Bidding documents shall be signed and bidders should also submit company profile, renewed business license, tax identification and value added tax registration certificates.
