1. The Anbassa City Bus Service Enterprise now invites sealed bids from  eligible bidders for the following  goods:

1. Spare Parts of DAF City Bus model TB 2175 RT engine and TB 2175 PF Engine.

2. Garage Equipments and Tools

3. Sundry and Various Items

4. Ambulance vehicle (Quantity one)

2. Bidders have the option to bid for any one or more of the lots.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and bidding documents from Anbassa City Bus Service Enterprise at the address given below from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. hours.

4. A complete set of  bidding  documents, in English  Language,  can be purchased against payment of a non-refundable  fee of Birr 100 in  cash from  the Head  Office Room No. 209 during  8:00 A.M. -4:00 P.M. working  hours. Local bidders or representatives have to present their Trade License renewed for the 1996 Budget year and VAT Registration Certificate.

5. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 3:00 P.M. November 29, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid price in the form of certified check or Bank  Guarantee. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ or their authorized representatives at the address below at 9:30 A.M. November 30, 2004.

6. The Anbassa City Bus Service Enterprise reserves the rights to reject any or all bids.
