Bid Ethiopia

1. The Addis Ababa Water & Sewerage Authority invites interested bidders for the supply of Spare parts for Mercedes Sewer trucks.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of A.A.W.S.A’s Material Management Department, P.O. Box 1505, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, tel. 09-63 26 08, Fax 55 37 93.

3. The bid documents shall be available from the same office against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.

4. Bids shall be submitted in two separate envelopes 1. Technical envelope 2. Financial envelope each having one original and two copies.

5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 10,000 upto 50,000 in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O from a recognized financial institution and delivered to the above address on or before 9:00 A.M. June 17, 2004.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend on the same day at 10:00 A.M.

The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
