Ethiopian Airlines invites interested bidders with valid license for supply and installation of interior furnishing material and refurbishing work for the Cloud Nine Lounge and restaurant in the new terminal building at Bole International Airport.
The tender document can be obtained from Ethiopia Airlines, Facility Planing and Management Office No. 271, Telephone Nos. 17 85 62 or 17 81 28 against payment of non-refundable 400.00 Birr.
The sealed tender document shall be returned to Ethiopia Airlines, Facility Planning and Management Division not later than February 25, 2003, 12:00 hours local time. The bid will be opened on the same date at 14:00 hours local time at the facility Planning and Management Office in the presence of tenderers who wish to be present.
All bidders are required to submit 2% of their tender offer as a bid bond in the form of irrevocable letter of credit, bank guarantee or certified payment order (CPO) or bond from insurance.
Ethiopian Airlines reserves the right to reject all or part of the tender.
