1. Tender documents can be collected from Addis Ababa Messebo Building Materials Production Pvt. Ltd. Co. Liaison Office ZEFCO Building 4th Floor effective from the day of announcement against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.

2. All bids should be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before 19th  day of  the first announcement  of this  invitation for bid  on The Ethiopian Herald at 4:30 P.M. local time and should be addressed and Marked as follows:

Bids for the supply of polypropylene cement bags

Bids will be opened on the 20th day of the first announcement of this invitation for bid on the Ethiopian Herald at 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the above mentioned office.

3. Messebo Building Materials Production Pvt. Ltd. Co. reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
