The Addis Garment share Company (AGSC) invites all local & foreign interested and eligible bidders to bid for the supply of 35,000-60,000 meters (depending on the width) of shirting materials packed in one twenty feet container.

?        Bidders can obtain details of bid documents with full specification from the company?s commercial department during office hours against non-refundable payment of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr).

?        Bidders should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope by stating ?bid of shirting materials? together with one-meter sample from each type to the company?s commercial department office within 30 days of the first publication of this announcement at office hours.

?        All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond of 2% of the total FOB of CIF amount of the offer.

?        The bids will be opened on the 3d day after the deadline at 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives.

?        All complete bids must be mailed or delivered to the following address:
