Invitation to Purchase of Agricultural
Equipment and Workshop Materials

1. The Ethiopian Seed Enterprise (ESE) invites qualified interested eligible bidders for the supply of Agricultural Equipment and Workshop Materials.

2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) in cash.

3. All bids valid for at least 60 days from bid opening  date must be  submitted to ESE on/or before April 4, 2005, at 10:15 A.M. local time, with  bid bond of not less than 2% of the total bid price.

4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on April 4, 2005, 10:30 A.M. local time at ESE Conference Hall.

5. ESE reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids or waives formalities without assigning any reason thereof.
