1. Bidders must be submit copy of their renewed license & VAT registration certificate & other necessary documents with offer. If the tender signed by local agent is must be accompanied by evidence for authority form the manufacturer and or supplier.
2. Bidders should submit their offer with 3 sealed separate envelope (Financial, Technical and bid bond) on or before November 20, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. to our Branch Office near Ambassador Theater. Tender must be accompanied with 2% (Two Percent), bid security guaranteed by Bank. Bids shall be opened on November 20, 2006 at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of all bidders or their legal represeatnvies at the Branch Office.
3. The tender price should be valid for at least a period of tow month.
4. The tender supplies may originate from any Internationally competitive manufacturer.
5. Partial bids is allowed.
6. The S.C. reserves the right to reject any or all bids without giving any reasons thereof.
