1. The Amhara National Regional State Transport Authority invites sealed bids for the supply of assorted vehicles listed here under.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the bidding documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred) at the office of:

3. Bidders shall submit Renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, tax identification No. and shall produce document fro identification of fulfillment of tax obligation.

4. Bidders could participate for one or more lots, but items for a lot shall not be partial.

5. All bids must be accompanied by bid bond of 1% and 2% for the total price of up to and over 5 million respectively in the from of unconditional Bank guarantee, CPO, certified check issued from indigenous Ethiopian Bank or cash.

6. All bids shall be sealed and delivered to ANRS Transport Authority at Bahir Dar.

7. Bid closing date shall be on the 45^th calendar day at 12:00 noon counted from the first day of bid advertisement appearance in The Ethiopian Herald.

8. Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal represeatnvies who choose to attend at the Conference Room of ANRS BOT at 2:00 P.M. on the date of bid closing as specified above.

9. If bid closing and opening date are to be on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, the closing and opening date would be the Next working date.

10. The ANRS BOT reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
