2. Eligible Suppliers could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of renewed licence valid for the year against non-refundable payment of Birr 30 from Commercial Department, Addis Ababa during working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

3. Bid should be accompanied by a bid  security of 2% in the form  of Certified Check, CPO, Unconditional Guarantee from Financial Institutions which  will be payable  on first demand of MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.

4. Bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Commercial Department Addis Ababa office on or before 4:00 P.M. on September 24/2004. Bidders should provide “Technical” and “Financial” document separately one original and two copies respectively for each lot.

5. Bids (Technical Offer) will be opened at 10:00 A.M. on September 25/2004 in the presence of bidders and /or their authorized representatives.

6. MCE reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
