Bid Ethiopia

1. Transport Construction Design Share Company (TCDSCo.) invites all interested bidders who have renewed their
        license for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year 1999 to participate in the bid for the supply of:

v     Lot 1: Chemicals, Laboratory Equipment & Supplies, Drilling Supplies & Engineering & Radio Equipment

v     Lot 2: Office Equipment

2. Bid documents could be obtained from the Company?s Procurement and Property Administration Division (Room No. 18) during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.
3. Bid documents should be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid amount together with the Technical Proposal Document.
4. Bidders who are registered for Value Added Tax should attach their registration certificate together with the Technical Proposal Document.
5. Bid documents should be delivered to special box placed in the Procurement and Property Administration Division of the Share Company (TCDS.Co.) Office No. 18 on or before the 30^th day from the first day of announcement of this bid. It would be closed by this last date at 4:30 A.M. local time and shall be opened on the same day at 4:30 A.M. local time in the Company?s Conference Room. If the 30^th day falls on holiday or weekend the bid will be opened on the next working day while the closing and opening time remain the same.
6. The Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
