1. The Ethiopian Mapping Agency (EMA) invites interested and eligible bidders for the supply of Expendable Items (Computers supplies, photo paper, films and offset printing materials) and non-expendable Items (Scanner, DVD writer, LCD projector etc?..)
2. Complete bid documents can be obtained from the Ethiopian Mapping Agency, Room No. 13 upon submission of copies of evidence as to the renewed of relevant license and registration certificate for the year 1998 E.C. (From Ministry of Finance) as well as upon payments of non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty Birr) only.
3. During submission of bids, bidders are required to furnish 2% bid security in the form of cash, certified cheque or C.P.O.
4. The bid shall be closed on November 14, 2006 at 05:00 P.M. local time and will be opened on November 15, 2006 at 09:00 A.M. local time in EMA Conference Hall in the presence of Bidders or their legal representatives.
5. EMA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
