1. Harari People National Regional State Education and Capacity Building Bureau now invites all eligible bidders with renewed license valid for the year and Value Added tax (VAT) registration under contract for the supply of computers and related accessories, printing materials, Equipment and office furniture made of laminated board well compressed by computerized modern machine.
2. A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred) starting from 28th March 2005 from Harari People National Regional State Education and Capacity Building Bureau of Planning and Project Tel. 251-05-66 18 89, Fax 251-05-66 23 85, Room No. 11
3. Interested eligible bidders can obtain further information from the above address.
4. Bid shall be valid for the period of 60 days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 2% of the total bid price as a certified cheque or cash.
5. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the above address on or before 2:00 P.M. on 3rd of May 2005.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. on 3rd of May 2005 at the head of the Education and Capacity Building Bureau Room No. 3.
7. The contract work shall be completed with a maximum of 60 calendar days from the commencement of the work.
8. The Bureau reserves the right to reject or accept all or part of the bid.
