1. The Southern Nations, Nationalities and People Regional Government Health Bureau has received from the Assistance fund from the Government of Ireland (Irish) to wards the cost of Health Sector Development program and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the procurement of computers, printer with accessories, and related accessories.
2. The Southern Nations, Nationalities and people Regional Government Health Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

Bidders have the option to bid for any or more types of items. Bids will be evaluated and contract will be awarded for each item taking into account discounts offered, if any, for combined items in determining the lowest evaluated cost of all items which will be the bases for awards of the contract(s).
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect bidding documents at Engineers & Maintenance Service Office, P.O. Box 149, Tel. (06) 20 94 13, Awassa, Ethiopia.
4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application, registration certificate in suppliers list, VAT registration certificate and renewed trade licensce to the above and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr Only).
5. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 P.M. December 28, 2004 and must be accompanied by a security of not less than 2% of the bid amount.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. on the same date in the above office.
